VoIP telephone systems

Internet telephones (VoIP) are now standard in the UK and many other countries. Your phone is no longer tied to a physical line — it can go with you, and it can do much more than a traditional phone system.

We provide advanced VoIP solutions built on open source telephony platforms. These can be configured to match your business requirements exactly, rather than being constrained by the features a commercial provider chooses to offer.

Why VoIP

VoIP telephone systems offer significantly lower setup and running costs compared to traditional phone lines, whilst providing far more capability. There is no expensive hardware installation, no physical line rental, and calls — particularly internal and site-to-site — are typically free. International calling costs are substantially reduced.

Because the system is software-based and hosted on our infrastructure, it can be scaled and reconfigured without engineer visits or hardware changes. You can move office, add staff, or open a new location without disruption to your phone numbers or service.

Business numbers

We can provision business phone numbers in the UK, Luxembourg, and other countries. Numbers can be ported from existing providers at no charge, or provisioned new. You keep your numbers if you move location — they are not tied to a physical address.

Multiple businesses can run from a single system, each with their own numbers, greetings and routing rules.

SMS

SMS messaging services are available alongside voice, enabling text-based communication with customers and integration with your business applications for notifications, reminders and alerts.

Integration

Where VoIP becomes particularly valuable is in integration with your other systems. We can connect your telephone system with address books, CRM applications (including Odoo), and other business tools so that caller information is available when the phone rings and call records are logged against the right contacts.

API integration is available for custom workflows, enabling your applications to initiate calls, respond to call events, and access call data programmatically.

Management

The system is managed through a web portal where you can configure routing, view call logs, manage voicemail and adjust settings. We handle the infrastructure, security and updates — you control the day-to-day configuration.
