Internet telephones (VoIP) are now standard in the UK and many other countries. Your phone is no longer tied to a physical line - it can travel with you, and it can do far more than a traditional handset. We build advanced VoIP systems on open-source telephony platforms and take responsibility for running them, so the system matches your business rather than the feature set a commercial provider chooses to offer.

Why VoIP

VoIP telephone systems cost significantly less to set up and run than traditional phone lines, while doing considerably more. There is no expensive hardware installation and no physical line rental, and calls - particularly internal and site-to-site - are typically free. International calling costs are substantially reduced.

Because the system is software-based and hosted on our infrastructure, it can be reconfigured without engineer visits or hardware changes. You can move office, add staff, or open a new location without disrupting your numbers or service.

Call management features

Business numbers

We can provision business phone numbers in the UK, Luxembourg and other countries. Numbers can be ported from existing providers at no charge, or provisioned new. You keep your numbers if you move - they are not tied to a physical address.

Multiple businesses can run from a single system, each with their own numbers, greetings and routing rules.

SMS

SMS messaging is available alongside voice, enabling text-based communication with customers and integration with your business applications for notifications, reminders and alerts.

Your telephone system runs on our own European infrastructure. Call data and recordings stay in Europe and under your control, not with a third-party carrier.

Integration

VoIP becomes particularly valuable when it connects to your other systems. We can link your telephone system with address books, CRM applications (including Odoo), and other business tools, so caller information is on screen when the phone rings and call records are logged against the right contacts.

API integration is available for custom workflows, letting your applications initiate calls, respond to call events, and access call data programmatically.

Management

The system is run through a web portal where you can configure routing, view call logs, manage voicemail and adjust settings. We take responsibility for the infrastructure, security and updates; you control the day-to-day configuration.
